What visitors say

★★★★★

“Great location and a solid stay in Alicante The hotel enjoys an excellent location on Alicante’s seafront promenade and within easy walking distance of the city centre, restaurants and attractions. The property has been recently renovated and feels modern and well maintained. My room was relatively spacious, although the bathroom was on the small side. The air conditioning worked well and, despite the central location, I did not experience any street noise when the windows were closed. Facilities are limited. There is no gym, pool or restaurant, only a breakfast room. The breakfast selection is relatively small but of good quality. The staff were friendly and professional throughout the stay. Hilton Diamond recognition was limited to the complimentary breakfast. There was no room upgrade, early check-in or late check-out offered. This did not affect my stay, but it may be relevant for guests who place importance on elite benefits. The lobby is very small, although there is a mezzanine seating area. Overall, a good option for anyone looking for a modern hotel in an excellent location.”

“Superb location - you are able to walk everywhere within the city from the port side location just at the start of the Explanda de Espana.|Very small check in desk which can be cramped when other guests are waiting or entering/exiting the hotel entrance.|Hotel staff are all friendly and helpful - not a problem when asking for additional coffee pods or milk.|We stayed three nights in a sea view room which was situated on the first floor overlooking the port. A great view - some floors above may have been blocked by a large tree with overhanging branches.||Room was excellent - spacious, modern and spotless! Air con was excellent - sometimes too cold if anything and had to turn it down!|Bed very comfortable and bedding changed daily. Cleaners excellent job and again no problem for anything additional needed. Plenty of wardrobe space with safe, fridge and iron already in room.||We didn't opt for breakfast so can't comment but for €20 pp we felt was too much particularly as there are so many amazing places to eat within minutes walk.||Taxis were excellent and can pick up and drop off right outside - we found using Uber, quick reliable and cheap. Around £16 for Uber direct from the airport to hotel.||Only downside which may be a significant issue of staying longer or as a light sleeper was the noise. On return to the room at night, constant noise from below - nearby restaurants, deliveries, bins being emptied, road sweepers - seemed to be constant through until the early hours and then again from around 7.00am....||This didn't bother us too much as we were not back to our rooms until later generally and only there for a few days. I can see how this would be a big problem for others though. The closing of windows and shutters did not seem to help and some soundproofing would make this room practically perfect!||Overall a great stay in a wonderful city - an ideal city break.”

“Excellently located along the promenade with many dining options nearby. The view from the balcony was also stunning - great for catching the sunrise/sunset. Room was extremely clean and beautifully decorated, though the TV wasn't a smart one. Breakfast was delicious, although the selection was quite limited. Staff were warm but a bit reserved. Overall, a great stay.”

“Amazing place in a very central location, just a short walk to the beach, old town, and restaurants. Excellent service, and one of the best things: you can get fresh beach towels every day! We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend it if you want a central but quiet place with great service.”
